1、在安装前要确定好安装位置，画好基准线。再按照基准线进行安装，注意调整水平度和垂直度。

1. Before installation, determine the installation position and draw the reference line. Then install according to the reference line, and pay attention to adjust the levelness and verticality.

2、GRC窗套安装：将窗套线沿着窗框外的墙体安装，注意涨栓紧固位置要避开抹灰层。竖向窗边线或柱子安装到每一楼层标高时，要注意调整垂直误差。标高误差控制在3mm以内。

2. GRC window sleeve installation: install the window sleeve line along the wall outside the window frame, and pay attention to the fastening position of the expansion bolt to avoid the plastering layer. When the vertical window sideline or column is installed to the elevation of each floor, pay attention to adjusting the vertical error. The elevation error shall be controlled within 3mm.

3、GRC内有钢骨架横向构件，安装前先在墙体上固定角码或角钢，作为与钢骨架的焊接点。所有焊接点焊缝宽度不少于5mm，长度不少于连接筋直径的4倍，全部焊渣。构件的焊接点均应涂红丹防锈漆打底面涂银色油漆。

3. There are cross members of steel framework in GRC. Before installation, the corner or angle steel shall be fixed on the wall as the welding point with the steel framework. The weld width of all welding points shall not be less than 5mm, and the length shall not be less than 4 times of the diameter of the connecting bar. All welding slag shall be removed. The welding points of the components shall be painted with red lead antirust paint and the bottom surface shall be painted with silver paint.

构件断面尺寸大于300mm小于1000mm（没有钢骨架的）的安装时，在保温层上划出埋件位置，角磨机切开保温，用涨栓将GRC水泥构件预埋镀锌埋件与墙体紧固，做好节点防腐处理，修补接缝。

For the installation of components with section size greater than 300mm but less than 1000mm (without steel framework), mark the position of embedded parts on the insulation layer, cut the angle grinder for insulation, fasten the embedded galvanized parts of GRC cement components with the wall with expansion bolts, carry out node anti-corrosion treatment and repair the joints.

断面尺寸小于300mm的构件，直接用加长涨栓穿过保温层紧固到墙体上，注意保证螺栓的锚固长度。

4、GRC构件与构件之间的接缝处理：GRC水泥构件外表的接缝，应平整、光滑。使用专用修补材料填充缝隙或进行回填。回填的目的是把GRC构件与主体连接成一个整体，防止与主体间的接缝开裂。

另外，回填时，须对回填面的所有废渣杂物干净，淋透水后才能回填，并用钢筋或竹竿翻插回填料使其密实，不能有空壳。

5、GRC收口部位的处理，如对女儿墙压顶、窗台板、窗下墙等部位，要做到美观、防水，严格按照工艺施工（由土建施工单位做泛水）。
