a)GRC构件钢筋、预埋件采取阻锈措施。水泥水化的高碱度(pH>12.5),使钢筋表面形成纯化膜,是构件中保护钢筋的主要依据与基本条件,当构件中的pH值<12时,钢筋的钝化膜就不稳定,当pH值<11.5时,钢筋的钝化保护膜就遭破坏,钢筋的锈蚀便开始进行。

The high alkalinity of cement hydration (pH>12.5), which forms a purification film on the surface of the steel bar, is the main basis and basic condition for protecting the steel bar in components. 由于GRC构件普遍采用快硬硫铝酸盐水泥,属低碱度水泥,根据JC/T940-2004《玻璃增强水泥(GRC)装饰品》、GB20472-2006《硫铝酸盐水泥》规范要求,钢筋应采用不锈钢丝或镀锌钢丝、预埋件应采用不锈钢板或镀锌钢板等,有条件的话可使用环氧涂层钢筋。

d)增强GRC构件密实度、完好性及保护层厚度。GRC构件的密实度和完好性是指构件是否有开裂、无蜂窝空洞、缺棱掉角、露筋等情况,促使钢筋生锈的关键因素还在于大气中的氧渗入钢筋表面的能力。
d) Strengthen the compactness, integrity, and protective layer thickness of GRC components. The compactness and integrity of GRC components refer to whether the components have cracks, no honeycombs, voids, missing edges, missing corners, and exposed reinforcement. The key factor that promotes reinforcement rust also lies in the ability of oxygen in the atmosphere to penetrate the surface of the reinforcement.
如果构件密实、完好、保护层厚度能得到保证,就能有效地阻止水和氧气进入,GRC构件制作时应采用低水灰比,提高构件密实度,制作过程中严格控制预埋钢筋的直径、放置位置,严格检查垫块放置情况,有效保证构件保护层厚度。

e)GRC构件外涂隔离层。这种方法能够提高构件的防水性和耐久性,隔离腐蚀环境可延缓碳化速度,起到保护构件的作用,施工时,先要构件附着物,用水冲洗后令其充分干燥,在构件外表涂抹砂浆或绝缘层,如沥青漆、环氧树脂涂料或油漆进行防腐。
e) The GRC components are externally coated with an isolation layer. This method can improve the waterproof and durability of components, isolate the corrosive environment, delay the carbonization speed, and play a role in protecting the components. During construction, it is necessary to first remove the attachments to the components, wash them with water, and then fully dry them.
