2、预拌法：纤维和浆体预拌好后，浇在模具上，一般是振动。可用于制作挡阳板、种植盆、变电站房、接线盒、排水组件等。

GRC采用喷射法制造时，水泥砂浆和切割好的AR-玻璃纤维同时从喷头喷射到合适的模具上。水泥砂浆由可调泵送入喷枪，通过压缩空气分散成颗粒。将增强玻璃纤维粗纱喂入喷头并切割成预定的长度，从而将短切原丝喷入分散的砂浆中，从而在模具上形成均匀的纤维砂浆层。

1.手动喷射法：操作者直接将料流喷涂在模具表面，直到达到一定厚度。通过压辊使料层和模具的形状完全一致，水泥砂浆渗入纤维中排除空气，使料层达到要求的密实度。

1. Manual spray method: the operator directly spray the material flow on the surface of the mold until it reaches a certain thickness. The shape of the material layer and the mold is completely consistent through the pressure roller, and the cement mortar infiltrates into the fiber to eliminate the air, so that the material layer can reach the required compactness.
