GRC构件在建筑行业运用广泛,但是由于部分生产工艺达不到标准、施工不规范等问题,GRC构件安装不久后开始出现开裂脱落现象,造成工程质量出现问题,那么如何来预防和GRC构件开裂脱落这些问题呢?

GRC构件脱落问题方法

1、GRC构件与主体连接采取防锈措施。膨胀螺丝应采用不锈钢膨胀螺丝,采用焊接连接,焊口部位要涂刷防锈漆。

2、加强预留螺丝孔洞边沿。对GRC构件螺丝孔边加受力包,在沉栓孔位置加厚2~2.5cm,厚度以30°角向四周扩散,受力包处多加一层玻璃纤维网格布。
