1.耐碱玻璃纤维无捻粗纱:氧化锆含量在14.5—16.5%,耐碱玻璃纤维短切纱,耐碱玻璃纤维网格布。

5.钢筋。采用热轧低碳钢或不锈钢,为有效阻止钢筋生锈,宜采用镀锌钢丝,直径宜采用4-6mm,直径允许偏差±0.07,锌层重量不小于290g/㎡。

根据施工图纸,在待安装GRC构件的部位弹出定位线。粘贴时,网格布应当翻包,如有特殊情况可直接粘贴不翻包。采用薄层满粘法进行粘贴,用力挤压构件使砂浆从周边溢出,粘接缝宽不大于3mm。粘结缝应随粘随勾,灰缝饱满,并保持构件表面的整洁。
According to the construction drawings, snap the positioning line at the position where GRC components are to be installed. When pasting, the mesh cloth should be turned over. In case of special circumstances, it can be directly pasted without turning over. The thin layer full adhesion method shall be adopted for bonding, and the mortar shall be forced to overflow from the periphery by squeezing the component. The width of the bonding joint shall not be greater than 3mm. The bonding joint shall be hooked with the bonding, the mortar joint shall be full, and the surface of the component shall be kept clean.
安装时,若需拼接,应事先测量好拼装尺寸和角度,并在平整地方进行预拼装,缝隙不大于3mm。粘结砂浆作拼接粘结材料,砂浆稠度可销大些,采用薄层满粘法进行。拼接时要求稍微、均匀用力挤压锤打,以使灰缝满足要求。
