EPS装饰线条的施工工艺：

Construction process of EPS decorative line:

1、待安装线条部位其他施工程序已经完成并验收合格;

2、根据施工图纸，在要安装线条的部位弹出定位线;

2. Pop up the positioning line at the position where the line is to be installed according to the construction drawing;

3、根据图纸安装尺寸切割线条，切割时要考虑拼接缝宽;

3. Cut the line according to the installation size of the drawing, and consider the splicing joint width during cutting;

4、线条粘贴时，网格布应当翻包，粘结剂使用聚合物粘结砂浆，采用薄层满粘法进行粘贴，用力挤压线条使砂浆从周边溢出，线条之间缝宽不大于3mm，粘结缝应随粘随勾，灰缝饱满，并保持线条表面的整洁;

4. When pasting the lines, the grid cloth shall be turned over, the adhesive shall be polymer bonded mortar, and the thin-layer full bonding method shall be adopted for pasting. The lines shall be squeezed to make the mortar overflow from the periphery. The joint width between the lines shall not be greater than 3mm. 5、对于较大线条，安装时要求设置支撑进行临时固定。

EPS装饰线条施工注意事项：

Precautions for EPS decorative line construction:

1、施工时环境温度应不大于38℃，不低于5℃，低于此温度时粘结砂浆必须采用抗冻配方。风力不大于5级;

2、安装、切割EPS构件前，墙面不需洒水湿润，粉尘、污渍等影响粘结强度杂物应清理干净;

3、拼装时，拼装缝应尽量留于整根EPS构件中间部位;

4、粘结EPS构件时，砂浆用水按加水量进行。但拼接时砂浆加水量应较用量在1～2%;

5、刚粘结的EPS构件应注意保养，安装好的EPS线条要用彩布遮盖，防止雨水冲刷、防止人为损坏。
